Refund policy

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me to discuss a refund, replacement or exchange.

Ebooks

If you are having difficulty using our product with your e-reader, please first get in contact with the support department at BookFunnel (help@bookfunnel.com). This is the service that delivers, and provides support, for the ebooks.

If you would still like a refund, these can be processed within 14 days of purchase.

Paperbacks

For paperbacks, if you received damaged or defective books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 14 days of your order’s shipment date.

If the received item is not damaged or defective, but the buyer would like a refund, the buyer is responsible for paying the return cost. Please note that as we are based in the UK and Japan, books would need to be returned to one of these countries. Such requests need to be made within 14 days of the item's arrival.

Unused coupon codes

Our policy does not allow for refunds or retroactive discounts if a discount code is not applied at the time of purchase, as all orders are processed immediately with the payment details provided.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift items or gift cards.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact me within 14 days of delivery. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me.
