Nagasaki Tram Pass

Matthew Baxter

This tram pass is an excellent and rather nostalgic way for get around Nagasaki. It allows unlimited travel on the trams for one day.

What does it cost?

A one day pass is 500 yen.

When can I use it?

Anytime.

Is it worth it?

Totally worth it if you are going to a few or more places, it will save a lot of money and hassle.  Maybe not worth it if you are spending all day in one place.

What are the rules?

Can only be used on trams in Nagasaki. There is a useful map with the pass that shows what stops to get for each tourist area or attraction.

Where can I buy it?

You can buy the pass from the Tourist Information Center in the main train station.

How do I use it?

Just show it to the tram driver when you get on and off a tram.
